Update Next Week: New units and alliance features (garyh1981)

Dear Community,

Next week is our sights and its time for another new update for Empire. There will be new usability changes in the alliances area and you will also find the new Pyromaniac, who will appear from time to time in an event!

Attacks view for alliances
 -When you are in an alliance, you can now make all of your attacks visible to your alliance
 -This is your choice, and you will see this option when you send out your troops
 -The attacks will then be visible to the entire alliance on the world map and in the travel overview
